Asked for a fresh cooked double meat cheeseburger and fresh cooked onion rings, but received precooked chewy patties and double dipped onion rings full of grease and disgusting . I have gotten fresh food from this restaurant before so my suggestion is don't eat here on weekend evenings.

Visited this location yesterday and let me tell you, this place has the best customer service and food accuracy among any DFW Whataburger! My food was HOT and the fries were perfect! I walked back in to get more fries! Other locations like Alvarado near to learn from this team. I was about 35 minutes away bit would definitely make the drive back out. I had to call Alicia the manager and brag on her team! Great customer service and great tasting food are hard to come across these days.

We came in for dinner on a regular Wednesday at 10:00 PM and ordered two burgers. After waiting 30 minutes, our food still wasn’t ready. When the burgers finally arrived, they were served with this presentation. Very disappointing experience.

Got the buffalo ranch chicken strip sandwich and it was pretty yummy, however, it was too saucy for me, since it was dripping with sauce as I ate it and it made the breading on the tenders soggy. I wish they didn’t overdo it with that and it would’ve been even better. They’re also really stingy with the fries, which were mostly tiny pieces. Overall, it was a yummy meal, just needing some improvements.
