Usually I go through the drive through at this location, but I decided to dine in today and the food came out very quick. The worker Dewon was walking around making sure everyone had everything they need and he was very helpful. By far the best customer service i’ve gotten at Whataburger before.

I had a great experience at Whataburger thanks to Jeremiah and Eric. Both of them provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were very polite, professional, and made sure everything was handled the right way. The food came out fresh and exactly as expected, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. It’s not every day you get that level of service at a fast food restaurant, so I definitely wanted to recognize them. Appreciate the great service—keep up the good work!

Service was really good 🤩 . Everything was fresh. I know the patty of the burger is very thin so it was a little cold. I had a Jr.whataburger and it was really good. I love the onion rings and the spicy ketchup. Enjoyed everything. I’d recommend.

Just left this location and the guy at the window gave us all 20oz drinks when we all got regular combos which should’ve been 320z drinks forgot the kids meal drink and when he gave us our food he was laughing so we checked the bags we got 3 combo meals and 2 kid meals only got fries for the kid meals. Told him we’re missing the fries for 3 combos and the gravy for our chicken strips and he was like look in the bag.. um sir I did that’s how I notice we’re missing items. I rather go to Arlington. Mansfield do better
