I come here twice a week on my way to Uni and last time they forgot to put sugar in my husbands coffee and today they forgot caramel swirl in mine. $5.66 doesnt bank to most but its enough to get frustrated over. They will not care about this and will just say sorry. Keeping my money. So, what's the point of this? I'm not sure. Thur, Mar 19 4:23pm

This was my usual Dunkins I haven't been here in a while but this morning I go through the drive through the person at the speaker barely understood me. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and White cheddar sandwich and a large hot matcha than I get to the window get my stuff and of course they put regular cheedar on my sandwich even though the bag says white cheddar and I'm handed my drink and really light I open it and it's like 75% foam!!! I tried to talk to the girl at the window but she's not getting anything im saying talking this girl looks like deer in head lights so I just drove away becau

The attendant took my order , we asked for 12 donuts box , then , she asked me to wait so she could take next order . The man asked for the last donut , cream delight that my son asked but since she asked to us wait , she didn’t knew that we wanted so I said oh sorry we wanted the last one , she no it is his bow ( the man that is supposed to be the next on line ) She was extremelly rude !!!!!!! Today is Jan 4th and it is 1:11pm .

Dang this coffee is good! Restroom was clean. I was frustrated because I had to wait 5 minutes for a fresh pot of dark roast, while my man was impatiently waiting in the car for me, but I was all smiles again after I took my first sip. Perfect amt of milk and sugar too (cashier added). Thanks Dunkin!
