Visited on a Wedneaday at 7pm and we were immediately able to get a lane for 5 people. They had a special going which was $19 per person unlimited bowling and shoes included which is a great deal compared to if you visit on a weekend. Staff was friendly but the service was a bit slow. It would take over 30min just to receive one drink but they were always super nice about everything. They had a DJ playing some great tunes and the whole vibe was amazing on a Wednesday evening. Honestly, this whole experience has just been sad. From the moment I walked in, I’ve been treated like I did something unforgivable, all because I asked for a mistake to be corrected. Two weeks ago there was a reservation issue and money was charged that shouldn’t have been. You didn’t reimbursed, I’m the end all we got was credit for the shoes. That’s it.
