I’ve never gotten an undercooked burger at a fast food place. If you want a rare burger do your thing but McDonalds suspect meat quality is not where I want to try it out. I’m not sure how it happened, but I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

I am an executive in the restaurant industry and today I had a pleasant surprise! Valerie in drive-thru was super-friendly, personable and engaging. Her positive energy was exactly what I needed! It’s been since before COVID I had customer service like that at any fast food restaurant. You all need to hire 25 more people like Valerie or train your people to be like her. I got the hot cakes and sausage which is always good , but I paid for an extra sausage which I did not get and my food was cold and I went back in to tell them instead of waiting to the drive-thru again because there was a lot of cars in the Drive-Thru . The first woman that helped me was nice was decent , but the manager Britney had a real bad attitude towards me and started complaining that I was complaining . I go to this McDonald's almost every morning for breakfast. I've had nothing but terrible experiences here, whether I receive cold food or a missing item. Recently, I tried to use the mobile app but unfortunately they didn't get my order so i thought it was a error on my part so I asked the address of the location to confirm it was my fault but I had the right address.The employee didn't even try to help out once. I had to cancel the order and drive back around to the drive thru and place an order again.
