I asked for a coffee with cold foam, this is my usual order. They refused to add the cold foam on the coffee, stating that they can only add whipped cream. None of the other Dunkin's have ever gave me a problem about my order. The lady at the window was so rude as well!

The service is good. I come here more than three times a week and most of the time it’s full I think for a drive-through it takes a little too long, but I can tell that they might be understaffed. I don’t know if Duncan is stingy with their bacon, but every single time I order an avocado toast it has crumbs of bacon on it instead of a good normal amount of bacon on an avocado toast, for an extra $1.50 I think the amount of bacon should be reconsidered.

I went inside to have a breakfast treat with my child that was begging me for long time to eat donuts for breakfast, when I place my order I asked for a kids temp coffe. I was waiting for my coffee and the donut for my son, she gave me the coffee and I said excuse me I am also waiting for the pink donut, with attitude she (red hair tattooed) told the other lady in the register that I was missing a donut, then I sat down and couldn't even try the coffee, was boiling. I would be there every morning same time same order. They would mess up my order multiple times. I finally had enough this last time I went. I repeated my order 2x and the guy kept saying the price went up because of hash browns but I never ordered hash browns. And when I got my coffee, it was also wrong. This location is trash. Don’t go there.
