You all need to train your workers! I kept asking for more rice because that little bit of rice yall are giving out is for babies! But here’s what takes the cake.i get to the register and my bowl was higher than it normally is and i ask her do you all charge for guacamole and she says no but when i get my receipt she charge me 2 extra dollars for bowl of rice! First of all little girl you let me know it’s going to be an extra fee for more rice… you don’t just put it on bowl then charge me when i get to the register! What if I would have said I didn’t want it ..then you would have to throw it a

Yesterday I placed an order using my BOGO reward. Went to pick up our food and there was a written “closed” sign on the door. I filled out the form online for customer service, but figured it wouldn’t have to go to that extent as I can simply pick up my order the next day. I called and spoke to Mark, the store manager and he refused to make my order even after knowing their store was closed. I was offered a free bowl, nothing more. I explained that I simply want what I ordered, and was denied. This is horrible customer service and needs to be handled accordingly. Why would I settle for one bow
