Koko★Yesterday I placed an order using my BOGO reward. Went to pick up our food and there was a written “closed” sign on the door. I filled out the form online for customer service, but figured it wouldn’t have to go to that extent as I can simply pick up my order the next day. I called and spoke to Mark, the store manager and he refused to make my order even after knowing their store was closed. I was offered a free bowl, nothing more. I explained that I simply want what I ordered, and was denied. This is horrible customer service and needs to be handled accordingly. Why would I settle for one bow
