This was our first time at this Shipley’s location and we will never be back. The girl who works the drive thru should find another job. We ordered a bag of donut holes, two chocolate icing donuts and 2 kolaches. We started to drive off when my wife realized the girl drive thru employee gave us only 2 regular glazed donuts. I went back and she giggled like she thought it was funny. She finally gave us two chocolate icing donuts. We started down the road and realized we never got our second kolache. Please Shipley manager put your young and unprofessional female employee doing something else in

05/31/2025 - I just found out you can order online using their app and pick up your order at the store. Donuts and kolaches yum. I also feel their blueberry cake donut (my fave) is smaller than before.😞 Tasty doughnuts along with great customer service is a win for me 😁 It's good to know that they stay open until 1pm and they have a drive-thru for convenience. I also found out that they donate any leftover product to a church. Sorry I have no photos of the doughnuts we ordered. They we're devoured 😁👍👍
