I usually have a great experience with placing an order online and picking it up. This time it was horrible. I placed an order and added my sides for one of the meals, one being okra. I picked up my order, got all the way home and seen I had no okra. Im 8 months pregnant and didn't really want to drive back to get the okra, but it was a meal for my mother for mothers day and she loves okra, plus I paid for it. It’s been years since I’ve ate at Rib Crib & I thought it was good years ago but took a friend here for their 1st time & we both ordered the chopped brisket sandwich which had hardly any brisket, it was nothing but fat & gristle. Neither one of us could finish the sandwich’s & to think we had to pay extra $ for brisket. 🤦🏼‍♀️ The cheese fries were nice & hot when they came to the table & that was about the only thing that was decent. Restaurant is very clean but the service was also pretty slow considering there wasn’t very many people there eating.
