Don’t order delivery unless you want to get an incomplete order. They checked off the items on the receipt but failed to include everything in the bags. The food we actually received tastes delicious. Can’t comment on what’s missing. Wouldn’t be much of an issue if I lived in Stillwater but I don’t. Had it delivered to work to take home. Side note, I’ve had to deal with their customer service before. Don’t expect them to provide the missing items the same day. Also wanted to mention I won’t be filling out the generic “how we can do better” survey they send out. Survey might make them better bu

We had an awesome waiter on 4-14-25 when we took Bryan for his Birthday 🎂 dinner. Everything we had was good My husband and Son got the rack rib dinner. I Got the Mother lode and baked potato and corn on the cob. Mother in law got the single meat chopped brisket, baked beans, Load bake Potatoe. My son got his Birthday dessert Cherry cheese it was awesome 👌 Thank you Rib crib.

We came from Tulsa to visit friends and decided Rib Crib BBQ was what our dinner would be. For a Friday evening, the restaurant was pretty empty. Our server, "Patrick", was very patient with us. It took our table a several minutes for us to decide on our order. 2 of us got the 2 meat combo and 2 got the 3 meat combos with sides. Patrick came by while we were were waiting for our meals to let us know the food would be out shortly. Once our food got to us, 2 of our meals were on point. One had soggy toast, due to pickles laid on top and one had "dried up" Mac n cheese. Patrick immediately

20 minutes late on food. Then ran out of greenbeans 2 hours before you close. Seriously!! WASTE OF TIME & MONEY. EXTREMELY TINY SALAD!!! TINY 4 MEAT SERVINGS!!! HORRIBLE TASTE!!! WONT BE BACK!!! 11-13-24 7:45PM.
