Waited 20 min in line- crispy tacos were chewy. I thought I was ordering a taco casa but when I reviewed my taco, it looks more like Taco Bell. There was very little cheese very little meat. Taco was only filled halfway up. Burritos were half filled as well.. 1st time this has ever happened at any location. Phone went straight to an answering machine that was full.

Normally this place is great.... but last week or in last 10 days we went and the tacos had nearly a crunch... and all knows that a crunchy taco should have a crunch or three.. it was horrible that night 25 minutes before close.. I've called over 15 times with NO ANAWER AND I FINALLY WENT BACK UP THERE 20mins drive and spoke to an employee that knows me left a note for manager to call back and no call so I went back up there today and they were so busy and still no resolution...... thos is making me DISLIKE THIS PLACE ... So again this taco casa needs to figure it out or just be completely taken over with new management! It’s sad we enjoy taco casa but the over all rating for its employees is a ZERO! Disrespectful, unprofessional and wrong for the way there’s kids are allowed and getting away with talking to elders or anyone in general. We took our order at the drive thru and said it 4 times , we should have checked the order before driving off but we were trying to be respectful of the traffic. Get all the way home to find out part of the order was missing and wasn’t even on the ticket. So drive back up there
