I visited this McDonald's expecting basic customer service, but the experience was disappointing. I waited an unusually long time just to get assistance and had to repeatedly ask multiple employees for help. Instead of receiving professional service, one employee responded in a rude and dismissive manner, telling me to "wait a minute" with an attitude that made it clear helping customers was not a priority. I take my daughter here like three times per week, and I must say every time we go there the customer service is worse than the last time. They never greet you or say thank you. They just hand you your food and walk away. We normally order our food from the kiosk. But I have watched several people go up to the counter and order, and they just walk up and start taking the order. No good morning whatsoever.
