I will not go to this location too often mostly because it seems time and time again whoever they hire really couldn’t care less about service and hate the fact that you come through to “bother” them as a customer. But I will try between months in hopes that mgmt realizes and does a sweep of employees to have better service. I think I gave my last try today though because I ordered an iced macchiato with oatmilk and flavor, and what I got was simply oatmilk topped with iced coffee, no flavor added, and I was on my way elsewhere and couldn’t go back to get what I paid for. I get the macchiatos

After a few sip this is what I’m left with after removing the ice from my drink…. The one time i didn’t say lite ice 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ ridiculous

This is the only dunkin donuts in this area so I come here all the time ....the drive thru order taker Tayana is the worst she's rude and has no order manners "can I help you" like somebody bothering her how about goodmorning first..."what else"? Like stop rushing me .."pull up" how about you can drive up please and thanks...I was so upset but as I got to the window the lovely lady name Jenny was so polite and helpful she's a sweetheart and offered me condiments with my order she even went out her way to apologize for Tayana behavior ...keep up the good work JENNY !!!!

Every time I order my sandwiches “no cheese” they give me ONLY cheese on the sandwiches . I order no cheese because I can’t eat it. Waste of money twice this week because of this happening.
