My favorites are definitely the Cachapas Venezolanas (Venezuelan Corn Pancakes). Although they’re not authentic Venezuelan style Cachapas, Maria’s version is still really tasty. I recommend getting a couple of them, and definitely don’t skip the cotija cheese. It’s just not the same without it. Try the chorizo paisa! So juicy and flavorful.
