Nate Wiswell★★★★★Maria’s Café has been a favorite breakfast spot of mine for years. They’re a cozy casual café with chill vibes, great food and service with live music on the weekends. My favorites are definitely the Cachapas Venezolanas (Venezuelan Corn Pancakes). Although they’re not authentic Venezuelan style Cachapas, Maria’s version is still really tasty. I recommend getting a couple of them, and definitely don’t skip the cotija cheese. It’s just not the same without it. Try the chorizo paisa! So juicy and flavorful.

To start off, the chocolate Colombiano had very rich milk which definitely enhanced the experience in my opinion, because it did not taste watery at all like how a lot of hot chocolate would.
