The order was incorrect. I asked for the 8 pc mixed bucket meal. She said if. Wanted the special legs and thighs. I said no as I wanted breasts. When I got home, I had 2 wings, 3 thighs and 3 legs. I immediately called and asked for the manager. Amber said they must have ran out of what I wanted and I could go back and get it or get a refund. I asked why didn't they offer me something else knowing they were short chicken at the time of service. I would have taken extra wings or strips or waited for more chicken to cook. Before COVID this KFC had a buffet I used to enjoy getting. I have not been back, but once, till today. I thought I would try the five dollar menu to see if it was any good. I have to admit I was fairly surprised. I was definitely given a generous amount of food and a drink was included as well. Still I would prefer getting a large chicken breast over thighs and drumsticks but I understand this is why it is a value meal. The service was excellent. While I personally am not the biggest fan of KFC, this place is good. Not sure if it's a fairly new building or recently remodeled, but it has a modern and updated appearance on the inside and clean too. Food was decent.

Ordered at the drive through. We were asked to pull ahead and wait. 20 minutes later my wife went inside to ask about our order. A full 30 minute wait. The manager brought our order and said our chicken had been used to fill other orders. Last time they see us.
