Am there almost everyday. The staff is nice and professional but the men's bathroom smells like 10 years worth of fermented urine! 🤢🤮🤢 The bathroom door can't hold in the smell and it spreads to the drink station. For the love of God, will the night management please fill a mop bucket with super hot water, a ton of soapy suds, mop evey inch of that floor (including base boards,) immediately do it again and repeat AT LEAST once a week if not every night. If the smell of death goes away I'll change this score to a 5 stars, ty.

This is our go to location.. the majority of the time we have no problems with our drive-through order once in a blue moon there’s a problem that’s handled quickly. Panera has been around for years.. their menu has improved over the years. It’s great for a quick pick up meal especially with a drive through available!

I was having a great day when I noticed my esophagus was getting dry, so I decided to stop by my local Panera for a small ice water. The first sip I took was immaculate and the experience was made 100x better with the kind gentleman working the drive-thru and his excellent customer service skills. 😊❤️ (The young man’s name is Cooper!)
