I love Dunkin’ and visit regularly, which is why this experience was disappointing. I pulled into the drive-thru around 7:50 PM while the store was still open (they close at 8 PM). As soon as I pulled up, it sounded like someone purposefully turned off the headset. I waited about three minutes in case staff were busy or finishing up closing tasks, but no one ever acknowledged me. I completely understand that closing procedures need to happen, but it was frustrating to be ignored when I arrived before closing time. this Dunkin has a larger selection of donuts and the workers are very polite and kind here and this Dunkin seems to be less busy I have gone to the other Dunkin down the street many times and had an ok experience there and didn't find much donuts at that location 2368 Berlin Turnpike so I tried this location and I prefer this location at 2601 Berlin Turnpike

I come here all of the time. Recently, the service has been horrible. The new employees are so slow, and a few times I’ve come in with a mobile order and it hasn’t been made because they’re sitting in the back corner chatting with each other. The other day, I even had to leave without a portion of my paid food because of how long I’ve been waiting.

Similar to other Dunkin’ stores, in-store Service was slow. The employees are usually very young and asked to handle drive-through and counter so they are overwhelmed. Donut quality continues to get worse, toppings sparse. I prefer Swiches in Berlin as it’s family-run, not a franchise, much higher quality.
