New upgraded inside makes this dunkin one of my favorites around town, staff in the morning is usually always pleasent, they are always on point with drive thru wait times & orders. Evening staff is always younger kids, so take it easy if you go. Remember most of the time these fast food places are run by high school & college kids, single hard working mothers or fathers that need special hours. This dunkin is great, check it out. Ps, nothing i mean NOTHING tops seasonal cookie butter cold foam. I would bathe in it if I could.

My experience on the morning I went here was by far the best customer servicea Dunkin has ever had. Ever. I even skip over the other Dunkin on Cedar just to come here. Coffee is always made right and I leave having had a pleasant interaction.

This is by far one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. They can’t even get a simple order right I ordered one thing, everything stuffed bagel mini and it’s not even right. after waiting in the worst line in the universe I got two plain bagel minis ice cold. Thanks Absolutely ridiculous will never go back

They need to do better I order a medium coffee today 10/20/25 and medium hot coffee 5 cream sugar and I could go to any Dunkin and it perfect not this time my coffee was warm and it was all cream never again .
