I just found out my tips don't go straight to the employees that are work when I went. They give the tips to everyone who works during the day even when it's not busy in the afternoon. Not fair. It is illegal to distribute tips to employees, managers, or supervisors who are not working during the shift when the tips were received.

1 of the smaller locations I've visited but still great & efficient service. Very limited seating but this DD looks like a grab & go for customers, based on my observation while dining there. They made my sourdough sandwich exactly like the advertised pics (unlike other locations near where I live, bread barely toasted & no toasted color) - properly toasted with black pepper bacon, YUM!
