Went for the unlimited bowling which was great. Bought a few cocktails and a beer from the bar, tipped the bartender and everything. Later my sister asked for a glass of water and the bartender said they can't give out glasses of water that she could buy a bottle of Aquafina if she wanted. She needed some water to take some medication. When I confronted the other employees and manager about it, they said it was company policy. This is absolutely insane! When you first walk in you are immediately hit with the nostalgia of an early 2000's bowling alley. From the snacks, to the bar, to the arcade game area, Bowlero in Niles has retained its original atmosphere. The old fashioned scorers console had its quirks, with some malfunctioning buttons and no "reset" option, however that didnt stop us from having a great time bowling. Overall, we had a very long and enjoyable time bowling. The facilities were clean, and the lanes were well-maintained. However, the highlight of our evening was the service provided by Gina, the bartender. She was attentive, efficient, and genuinely made our experience better with her friendly demeanor and excellent service.
