I had a very disappointing experience at the Dunkin' drive-thru today. After waiting with no response, I said “hello” twice a few seconds apart just to make sure the system was working. The employee responded by saying, “Are you going to keep saying hello? We’ll take your order when we’re ready.” Even after I placed my order, she continued lecturing me about it, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I understand that staff can be busy, but a simple “we’ll be right with you” would have been more appropriate. The employee at the window was polite, but the way the order was handled

PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION FOR YOURE OWN SAFETY! I ordered from this location through uber eats just got a normal ice coffee and a wake up wrap. first off my food order was wrong and that was a bummer but that’s not even that main issue regarding food safety. i was drinking my ice coffee and i was half way finished with my coffee and i’m looking at it and i’m noticing little white chunks floating in my freaking coffee!!! I used to work for dunkin myself and i know those white chunks are rotted creamer from not cleaning their milk/creamer dispenser. i’m absolutely horrified that this

I pulled up to a completely empty drive-thru on a Sunday morning. After only 20 seconds of trying to decide what to order, the manager abruptly told me I had '5 seconds left' because they were 'on a timer.' I felt completely unwelcome. There is no reason to rush your only customer in an empty drive-thru over a timer. Terrible customer service.
