“Great service really good food”

okay the food was fine or whatever. i always go to this mcdonalds, but im not sure i'm going to be coming here anymore. today, there was a less fortunate man at the counter ordering, and he had a veryy open wound on his wrist. and it was bleeding out quite a lot. the blood got on the counter, on the door handle, and part of the wall. and the employees had no sense of urgency to clean it up, a literal biohazard on the counter where people touch and where they get their food. i will give them that it was busy at this time and they were in the middle of a rush it seemed. but i think regardless of

Where should I start. 1st, the menu is designed to confuse the consumer. There is a picture of a chicken sandwich. Which by the way looks great with lettuce tomatoes and cheese. Than you look at the menu and they have created four options of the same thing but with no details, so you have no idea what you're getting. When you finally get it, it's a smashed bun with a piece of chicken from the freezer that was frost bitten and two thin pickles. Nothing else stuffed in a bag. Who puts a chicken sandwich in a bag! I was stuck behind a patron in the drive thru for far too long. Instead if instructing the driver to exit the drive thru and park to correct whatever the issue, myself and others were required to wait until the dispute was handled. This is unacceptable at a fast food establishment and the staff need to be better trained.
