Never had any problems with my local Panera until today. Not a single familiar face and everyone was either rude or rushing you or both. There were only two orders on the board one of which was mine and there were only a few people dining in, so not sure why they were rushing if it wasn’t so busy. I try to be empathetic when a cashier isn’t very pleasant especially from the start of a transaction, but to go home and see the state of my 4 breakfast sandwiches was appalling. Called the store to make my complaint and I spoke with the manager, Robin, who took my name down and offered to remake the

Simple no-nonsense menu with great combos. Generally self-service if you want something quick- you can be in and out. Bang for your buck! Caesar’s salad maybe needed more of the sauce in it, Tomato soup was great but careful as they serve it really hot.Combo meals are just right- nothing will be wasted. Good healthy options. They have a selection of bread too with unlimited drinks available at the back.

Pretty disappointed. Ordered a Southwest Salad at 5:38pm via kiosk. We do NOT live in the area, but were coming from a medical appt. Decided to fulfill a craving. My daughter got an Italian Steak & Mozz sandwich and I got the salad. Decided I’d be patient and wait until I got home to savor it, to discover: no tortilla strips. I tried calling 3x in-a-row, but you also don’t answer the phone. We live on the South Shore. Pretty upsetting experience
