Our first time eating at Panera. We placed an order with the attendant, Jesus, club sandwich, and a cup of tomato soup and a pick two. Selected a table and got our drinks while food was prepared. They called our name and I was shocked by the amount of food we got. I even asked if they had the right order. The food was a bit pricey, but well worth it. The club was really good. The broccoli cheddar soup was good. Sloppy plating. Soup dripping down the sides of the bowl. There were a lot of dirty tables. The entire time we were there I didn’t see anyone come out and clean tables. Order was placed myself on a screen.

The food made the fam happy but it’s Paula’s top notch service that inspired me to share this location with the world. I love recommendations and since the first one was a hit, I was over the moon when she made time to visit and offer a food sample. Honestly felt like we were old friends by the time we left. Ordered orange mini scones. They tasted good. But as you can see it's basically become a loaf of bread. Should definitely be packaged in a box vs a bag. Cant even share with friends because it has just came to pieces. Also lately I've Ordered coffee. Ordered a 21 oz coffee and get a 16. Do people that work there not know how to read or listen. Despite full. I shouldn't have to re order stuff because an employee is incompetent.. please get it together otherwise I will just go somewhere else.
