We stopped by Texas Roadhouse and ordered the hand‑cut sirloin and the salmon, both were excellent. We also tried their new spicy blooming onion, which unfortunately wasn’t spicy at all, no unique flavor. It had jalapeño slices on top, but the flavor was essentially the same as their regular blooming onion. Overall, our dining experience was another good one, we’ll be visiting their locations again.

We had a great experience overall. The ribs were absolutely delicious — tender, flavorful, and clearly one of the highlights. We were also pleasantly surprised by the generous portion sizes and the friendly, attentive service. The only small downsides: the burger patty we ordered medium-well came out well-done, which made it a bit dry, and the ribeye steak had a fairly large portion of fat (about a third), which wasn’t ideal. That said, the food was still very enjoyable, the atmosphere was great, and judging by how busy the place was on a Saturday night, this spot is clearly doing something

We love Texas Roadhouse. I hear they are now the number 1 restaurant chain and deservedly so. I love their New York strip. I am usually a ribeye girl but I like a thicker steak an the New York is typically twice as thick as their ribeye. I think there are only 2 things I think they could do better. First, I love ve the honey butter on the rolls but it's margarine. The other food is so good it deserves real butter.. Second, the desert menu really needs help. There is nothing on it that would make me want to waste those calories or dollars. At many restaurants at the end of a meal I am too ful

Had some questionable experiences the last seven or eight times I've been here, service is mediocre at best, memorable moments were when a host called out the wrong name and gave my table so I waited an extra 15ish minutes and when I asked one of the hosts said "don't beat me up go after him", kind of funny, but not exactly the experience I'm looking for. They call too many people in too quickly to hit their numbers of "low wait times" so you're often standing an extra ten minutes after your "table is ready", whatever I get it. There's a guy in red a little bigger and around dinner time, sorry
