We always enjoy ourselves here. Delicious food, friendly service, nice atmosphere. I'm only knocking off a star because I think the 3% surcharge that you can ask to have removed is really tacky and weird. What is it for? Does anyone actually feel good about asking to remove it? It made for an uncomfortable end to the evening. Just raise prices if you have to.

Amazing service. Probably the best service I have ever had in Chicago. Our server was very sweet and attentive, always refilling our waters and being so accommodating to any changes or requests we wanted to make to our meals. The food was delicious and flavorful, and reasonable for the price point. I will absolutely be back!

First time here and it was lovely. Dinner with a friend whom I had not seen in a while. We were probably there for two hours. Wine list was varied, special cocktails tasty (Hemingway daiquiri). Food was delicious. Our server was new but did a good job. Little delay after our initial round of drinks but owner came by during dessert and treated us a a complimentary shot of lemoncello. Our reason for getting together was the passing of my dear friend's mother. The environment, staff, owner and obviously care for what they do, which made a somber occasion a lovely dinner.
