I ordered 2 double stacks with no mustard ( my husband is allergic), got home and he ate 1 sandwich and by the time he got to the end he could taste the mustard. Looks like it was wiped off instead of new sandwiches being made. Just tried to call the store and no one answered

Please bring back an experienced manager during peak hours. Came in to get lunch for my lunch break. Waited in line for 15 mins before someone can even take our order. Had people in line just walk out because service was so slow and lobby looks like a disaster. Either lack of leadership or understaffed but completely unexceptable, corporate team do better.

I ordered in the 2am hour on the way back from work through the mobile app, because at the drive through said that was the only way to order. With the mobile app I ordered a large Dave's triple combo. 10 minutes later I get through the drive through line, they hand me a small single cheeseburger and a small fries in a bag. I tell the guy this isn't my order, i ordered a large burger and large fries. He says that's your order that's what you get, and slams the window shut. I'm pretty unhappy
