I have always loved Baskin Robbins, but this location has to be my favorite! The staff was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our visit special. The owner himself was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make sure my fiancé and I were taken care of. We have some dietary restrictions and he made sure it was what we needed and that we were happy with our order. They were very busy when we visited, but he still took the time to check on us and make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. I only give a three star because me and my family goes to enjoy ice cream after every hot day of t-ball. But this time I went on May 9th at 6:30pm and my family was treated rudely by a teenager with pigtails and pink hoodie. She had the nerve to tell my son to stop touching the glass and told me to tell him not to smudge the glass. I understand to an extent but not how she said it. First off you don’t tell my kid what to do second off you can ask “me” nicely. So I smarted off and said “ya; don’t smudge the glass because it takes only 10 minutes to clean”. Stopped in today for my daughter’s birthday to grab a treat. We sampled a few flavors and loved everything we tried so it was a hard decision but we got a shake and some waffle cones. The new owner was very welcoming and friendly and the lady working with him was great and gave some great recommendations on flavors she loved. We will definitely be back soon. We love to support locally owned places.
