Chick Fil A? What happened to your service standards? Upon entry into the building, we quickly noticed the floor, trash, crumbs, everywhere. No one was wiping tables, walking the cafe offering assistance, or anything that we have seen in the past. It’s unfortunate that the service is declining. And it was not even busy at 4:30! It took 30 mins to get our done in order and we had to find the wipes to clean our own table. When they finally brought the food, they forgot our drinks and Mac n cheese. No my pleasure or anything. My kids didn’t even want to play on the playground as they knew it hadn

While I'm a fan of Chick-fil-A as a whole, this particular location seems to be one of the worst run examples I've ever experienced. It has become our norm that whenever we get food here (which is becoming less and less frequent) they always mess something up. From leaving off half the order, to giving me what appears to be someone else's order despite having my name on the receipt, etc. The crew is always polite and quick to apologize, assuring they'll rectify it with a voucher for free food or by comping the meal that was incorrect/incomplete. But in actuality the follow through is terrible

It's sad you can't even go to chic fila anymore and drive off without checking your order. They make sure they ring you up for upsizing to a large but still give you a regular size worth. Didn't realize till I got home my fry carton was only half full, that's not something that you accidentally do or don't realize. You clearly saw it was no where near full but no one cares anymore about quality.

Food and service are typically in line with other locations, but the drive through is absolutely unacceptable. The line wraps around the entire restaurant, and instead of leveraging the second lane in their drive thru, they leave it closed. Every other CFA takes advantage of the second lane, why not this one? It just ruins the entire experience.
