This Krystal has really seen some improvement over my stay in the US. They’ve got a new team together and done some renovation on the facility. I think it’s really paid off. Staff are very friendly and try to make you feel at home. I never thought I’d be a slider fan, but their cheese burger and chicken sliders are top notch. They make for a bangin’ late night snack. They should consider opening a UK branch. It would give all the kebab shops a run for their money, with the night time economy crowd.

I would give them a zero if possible. Last Monday, I ordered food on the krystals app. Paid over $30 for the order. I get there and go thru drive thru and no one seems to be there. I leave and then come back and saw there was someone else in line so I pulled behind the car and when I got too window the employee says their power is off, but all the lights on.. anyways he says he can't do anything about my order I need to go back to app for help, and that they didn't have anything to do with online orders or refunds. Had an online order and waited almost an hour for chili.. by that time my food was cold and soggy. If you’re going to make someone wait for one thing don’t even bother making the rest of the food until that one thing is done. Thought that was common sense, apparently not with your staff. Train your people better.

Jackie & the breakfast crew are the BEST! I'm super picky, yet they get it right and they don't even roll their eyes when I make special requests (i.e. I like my bacon extra crispy). And . . . they are super friendly!
