I placed an order through Toast because it’s listed as one of this restaurant’s ordering platforms. When I showed up to pick up my food, I was told that none of those platforms actually work—which makes absolutely no sense. If they don’t work, why are they listed? I was already charged $30, so I asked how to get a refund. The employee told me to contact whoever I ordered through. I then called Toast, and they told me they only support restaurants and that refunds have to come from the restaurant. I had an extremely frustrating experience here. I placed an order through Grubhub before closing time, arrived at 5:00 PM as instructed, and the store was technically still open. However, when I got there, the employee inside completely ignored basic customer service. Instead of opening the door or even attempting to communicate professionally, he simply waved me off and refused to help me. This is unacceptable. If you’re going to accept orders close to closing time, you need to honor them or at the very least communicate respectfully with customers. Waving someone away like that is disrespec

The customer service here is terrible. I’ve never experienced such a lack of professionalism from a business. The staff clearly do not care about customers at all. No basic respect shown. This place used to be a favorite but whoever the heavier set light skin man is, he’s running this place in the ground. Good customer service is the bare minimum for any restaurant, and this place completely misses the mark.
