This was my burrito bowl that was just delivered through door dash. I can't if tell if this was poorly created or they sent me someone's else's trash by mistake. This place needs new management. Starting to understand 2 star rating.

Out of Fajita Veggies 3 hours before store closing because they “were not prepped”. Sold me a large chips and queso, gave me a small bag of chips. Pretty sure the lid on my tractor lemonade was already open. Tried to give me a flimsy bag for two orders of heavy food. Overall unorganized and untidy. Lights out in drink display cooler. I’ve seen much better Taco Bells tbh. Definitely can be managed better. Just gives off the air of not caring. The young man that helped me was helpful and seemed to care but, one person can’t do everything. Spent $30 and very disappointed.

Refrain from visiting this establishment. I arrived this evening and the manager, who was handling my order, took it. I informed her that I would not proceed with the order as I suspected she was misrepresenting the ingredients. I estimated that she used approximately seven strings of barbacoa and six pieces of honey chicken.
