Every time I’ve been to this location they’ve been great. The loaded avocado toast is amazing & my smoothies are always made right. The last time I went, the sweetest girl worked the window and made my morning with her positive attitude & kindness. I have no doubt if there was any trouble they’d make it right, at least in my experience thus far. Edit: I’m seeing a lot of reviews that are ridiculous…. Remember to give grace.

My allergies were not taken seriously. My smoothie was not made with allergy precautions even when informing them. Smooth has to be remade. Them when asking for a the large size straw, I was told we don’t have any and the window was then shut on me. They are rude and inconsiderate!!!

I placed an online order at 8:12 AM. The standard message told me my order will be ready in 15-20 minutes. I got to the Chicago Heights location at 8:41 AM and my order was not made. There were 2 employees there and 2 cars in the driveway. The manager told me it would only take 5 minutes to make. I use the online app so that I can pick up and keep going to work. I had to leave without my order. I came back during my lunch and the same manager made my smoothie. He went to the back and got the most bruised banana in the store and made my bowl. This was my second time purchasing from this locatio
