The vanilla/blueberry protein shake had the texture of a snow cone. I had to dig the drink out with the straw provided. I am highly disappointed with this order I consider myself a regular at this location and this is the 1st time this has ever happened I'll never pre-tip again. Do better or you will permanently lose a customer at this location.

Absolutely horrible location to go to. Do not waste your time. Got here at 7:06 Absolutely no one was waiting on a smoothie. We ordered and then 3 people came behind us. All people recieved there orders before. To top it all off 5 to-go orders were made before ours were even touched. We sat and waited for 32 min before our orders were served to us. Keep in mind not a single person in-store has come and ordered. 4 people who had to-go orders were served prior to our order being made. A joke of a location and absolutely HORRIBLE customer service from the workers.

I normally order from the Wynewood location but I was in the area. Did a mobile pickup and was a little behind the time I selected and when I arrived the cups were in the pickup slots instead of refrigerator. The wynewood location will at least keep it in the fridge so my daughter's smoothie was watery. I asked for a remake and she said yes but pushed the remake behind the customer who just ordered and made sure she let the other workers know to push mine back.
