Dutch Bros is always an enjoyable experience no matter which location you go to. It was my new puppy's first time getting a Pup Cup. They took great care in making his treat as good as mine. I would definitely return. Props go to Preston and his crew. This was a super busy location, but they took care of everyone with excellence and efficiency. Great job!

Honestly, this was the worst Dutch Bros I’ve ever been to. The service was really disappointing from start to finish. The blonde girl working there had a rude attitude and gave me the wrong drink. When I told her it tasted different, she insisted it was ‘the same drink, just a different name’ instead of actually trying to fix the issue or listening to my concern. I came through this location to purchase gift cards for my workplace. I ordered 5 $10 cards, 5 $20 cards, and 1 $40 card, which was repeated back correctly, but not written down. While waiting, the environment behind the counter was very loud and unprofessional, with staff yelling and making loud animal noises. With one employee referring Dutch Bros to a ‘zoo’. ☄️11/29/25 I visited the Dutch Bros at 4625 Manzanita Ave, Carmichael, CA on 11/26/2025 and ordered a medium Tiger’s Blood Rebel (Coconut & Strawberry). I specifically requested the ice in a separate cup so my young son could enjoy the drink later that day. A young man with glasses assisted me at the drive-thru. When I received my order, one cup was full of ice, and the other was only halfway filled with the drink (see attached photo). I paid for a full medium, yet received significantly less than expected.
