We have been to Zao in Lehi several times and had a great experience each time. Unfortunately we didn't have the same experience here. The portions were stingy resulting in having to ask if we could have just a bit more lettuce and dressing. I couldn't find where the straws for the drinks were at so I asked the cashier. She handed me 1 straw from the cabinet under the cash register. Why do you have to hide the straws??? The tables were sticky. We sat and talked for awhile but never saw anyone cleaning tables. Overall a disappointment.

Great food! I really enjoy Zao. Plus this location always has very friendly and quick service in addition to being very clean and tidy. As others have stated it would be nice if the protein portions were a bit more generous regardless the food is excellent and I continue to come back.

Food is good, portions are way too small. This was $15 and was like 90% noodles. Come here for yummy over priced food.
