Open 24 hours yet their doors are closed… I came walking because I live close by so I didn’t have my car (it was 6:40pm) I tried to order in the drive thru or get their attention and I was completely ignored. Meanwhile they took orders of people in cars before and after me. Bizarre behavior. At least respond and tell me I can’t place an order if it’s a problem. Oh well, this location can barley make a shaken espresso properly-wont be coming back.

I normally do not go to this Dunkin even though it is literally down the street from my house, but today I was being lazy. I ordered a medium french vanilla cold brew with sweet foam and light ice in which they charged me $0.79 extra for. This is what I received. Barely any sweet foam and so much ice the lid was not on all the way. I will NOT be coming back to this location and will gladly drive extra to go to the other Dunkin further down on Lagrange. Very disappointed.

First time ever coming to this location, went about 9:30, mid morning rush time. They were fast with my order, and the coffee was great! Sometimes when I order hot coffee it tastes burnt, their coffee was great
