I don't know what the hell is wrong with this location. Whenever I go, inevitably they're out of something. If they're not out of anything, they get the order wrong. But today, there just wasn't anyone in the store. I hung out for about 5 minutes yelling hello, only to be met with echoes. There's another location less than a mile down the road on red bug. Just go there instead.

I hope I got his name right but Quentin has great customer service skills. I come to this location a lot and I never seen him before. He is probably new but he was very nice. Before I even entered the store I saw him helping an elderly man with his dunkin bags to his car. He must have orderer a lot. He was very personable friendly.

I do deliveries, and this store is truly awful. An order comes in, and I arrive at the store 10 minutes later, as the app instructs. When I enter the store, there's an order already prepared, and the rather rude girl who serves me says they're still working on it, so I decide to wait. After 10 minutes, another, more polite girl arrives and asks me what my order is. It turns out the order was already ready (since I arrived), and all that was left was to put it in a bag, which they hadn't done. In other words, the customer's order had been ready for more than 15 minutes, and the delay was simpl
