My sisters are I stopped in for a late lunch on Saturday, May 2, when visiting Panama City. A gentleman was working the counter and the cook was in back but came out to speak to us.These two folks were the friendliest we have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Not only that but the restroom was one of the cleanest I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. I should of gotten their names as they both need to be commended for their friendliness and for keeping their establishment so clean.

The staff at this location is amazing!!! I went today 2/24/26 @ 1:02pm, I had a large order for 5 ppl and the staff worked quickly and went over and above any expectation for the amount of employees they have. Every time I have been to this location, the staff is absolutely the best!! They are friendly and polite every time. In todays world this means a lot. Thank each of you for all the smiles and kindness!!!!

Not 24/7 although advertise on Google as it is. Update the hours. App is trash as well. It wouldn't let me cancel my order. Krystal needs a 24/7 customer service number ASAP so they can get problems like this resolved. Update. Went the next morning. Did get my food but was told do not order through the app. Wings are good. Others are okay

Order was completely wrong, didn't get a receipt because I thought it was in the bag but I know based on what I received and what I ordered I was charged for all the missing things, ordered doubles received singles, no chilli on fries. The food was gross. For how much was spent and the quality, and the speaker being absolutely trash and hard to hear from, I will never go back and never recommend this place.
