I ordered some food on-line, came in to pick it up and Itzel, Peter and Steve were very sweet and friendly. I ordered the food while I was outside the restaurant and as I walked in they were finishing putting my order together. They acknowledged me immediately. I loved the fact that they were being very hygienic and clean. It's nice to see young people being polite with there customers. I live in Artesia, but I am willing to travel a bit further just to see these 2 in action. Thank you for your kindness. You all 3 rock 🪨!😊🥰😍

Employee Conduct Complaint, Poor Customer Service Experience Dear Jack in the Box Management, On October 5th 2025, around 9:15 PM, my wife and I decided to stop by your location to get something to eat. We arrived around 9:22 PM and immediately noticed an unpleasant attitude from the cashier taking our order. Since no one at this location wanted to give me this mans name here he is!!! This location has extremely poor service on top of slamming the window and asking do u want the food or not? And telling me I'm taking my sweet time ! Since when do restaurant employees speak to customers this way after I asked the other woman why have my tacos been at the window while helping a gentleman that walked up to the window ordered and I waited?
