My husband and I came up there this morning and placed an order via the drive-thru. The person who took the order repeated the order and we verified it was correct. When we got to the window, we saw they charge us separately for each item and excluded items from our order. My husband had to go inside to work out the order. We arrived home, to find out that the breakfast sandwich we order had nothing in it, only the croissant, when we ordered a "croissant with egg." Yeah I noticed that this jack in the box had deleted my review maybe you guys should talk to the lady that had took my order very rude I’m a grown man asking for more ranch and she wanna make it a big deal like it coming out her paycheck.
