David Uriarte★★★★★I’m so glad we heard about Bar Bistro. We went for our first visit on a Wednesday toward the end of dinner service, so the main dinner crowd had cleared out. The front of house staff was incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in, and was helpful in finding the most comfortable and accommodating seating (my partner was in a wheelchair). The interior design and soundscape make for an upscale and modern yet welcoming and chill vibe. I could feel we had just stepped into someplace special. We ordered our drinks and food, which all arrived in carefully curated order with impeccable timing.

The dogs are modest from the outside but the food and service speak for themselves. We tried the birria flatbread and calimari for starters. Birria flavor and consume were some of the best I've had, and the calimari changed my concept of how squid could be prepared. Great portions and perfect cook!
