I’m so glad we heard about Bar Bistro. We went for our first visit on a Wednesday toward the end of dinner service, so the main dinner crowd had cleared out. The front of house staff was incredibly friendly from the moment we walked in, and was helpful in finding the most comfortable and accommodating seating (my partner was in a wheelchair). The interior design and soundscape make for an upscale and modern yet welcoming and chill vibe. I could feel we had just stepped into someplace special. We ordered our drinks and food, which all arrived in carefully curated order with impeccable timing.

We did not have reservations but the host was accompanied us, much appreciation. Our server was Merlian, just like the actress! She was a joy to have around and definitely will request her again. Our meal and drinks were delicious. The only con take away would be that all my left overs did not taste appetizing and on the verge of being bad and it was literally the next day. Took my son here to check out some fine food in the Seattle area, and we were not disappointed! The dogs are modest from the outside but the food and service speak for themselves. We tried the birria flatbread and calimari for starters. Birria flavor and consume were some of the best I've had, and the calimari changed my concept of how squid could be prepared.
