My husband got a raw chicken sandwich and they did give him a refund when he asked but they weren’t even concerned, no apology or anything so I don’t think they took it very seriously.

We ordered an uber eats thru them and had a bit of a hiccup. After speaking to the district, manager they made it right and even gave us "best our guest" cards for a free meal on them. Thank you for your great customer service!!! We will be visiting again soon.

The workers all ignored me when I simply asked for the code for the bathroom. I was told it should be open, which it was not. So I then went back and asked for the code for the bathroom and no one answered and the one worker that had an orange " Ask me " vest ignored me , Brian. Terrible service . Had i been someone with a major bathroom issue this would've been terrible service .. treat your customers better.

I asked for McNuggets and they even asked what sauce I wanted and had the sauce on my receipt but they didn’t add the nuggets told the person at the window and she looked at us like we’re stupid(mind you I didn’t get the sauce even tho it’s on my receipt. I had to go in and they didn’t even give me the right sauce on my receipt. Which was sweet and sour and ranch. They gave me miccrispy sauce) and we had to come in and order them again. I will not being going here again.
