Great service from the woman working the drive through, food was mehh the new cheesecake is dramatically overhyped. Very dense bread, not much beef flavor and thats wierd considering what Arby's is known for. The gyro was decent tho, could have been a little meaty-er , but it tasted good. Wish I had tried one of the shakes.

Now this is the standard! We stop by for lunch, and this place was quick with a smile! The food was amazing and the taste was on point! We are from Dayton, so we forgot the beef and cheddar comes with red ranch! Next time we know to say no red ranch just like back home!! I am just amazed we the service/overall experience, and we will be back frequently!

Just went in the drive thru on Day Drive in Parma, Ohio, not too long ago, ordered 2 items, one was beef brisket in a bowl without toppings & without the bun. They gave it to me on a bun, so I asked them to give it to me in a bowl, not the sandwich. The manager came back gave me a bag & hurriedly shut the window. He gave me pork in a bowl. I did not order pork, I said BEEF. The order was simple. I threw the pork in the trash & am out of my money now. I have been a regular customer here for years, usually order something 3 times a week, but will probably find another place to get lunch & dinner
