Alright where do I start. Husband and I went in to place our order to go. Ordered a 12 piece family meal, extra crispy, curds, fries, and a large freeze. Paid a little over $65.00. Told it was a 12 minute wait for the chicken. No problem. But then apparently their receipt printer is broken so we have no proof of our order. We sat and waited, and waited, and waited while watching everyone else coming and going. At 36 minutes we went up and inquired about our order. "Umm what did you order?". We tell her and she can't find it by name. She had to look it up based on the amount we paid. Tel

The food came out hot and fresh. The customer service was excellent and the staff never fails to make me feel welcomed. Felt very satisfied and will for sure keep on coming back.

Too expensive. Got 18 chicken tenders, one of the 19 tenders was smaller than a Chicken Mcnugget. And it was about $50 for those an a mash potatoe. Not worth it. Winco has better chicken tenders. And for the same amount you would only spend $5 dollars, and Winco will make it fresh for you just call ahead.
