I brought 2 of my grandchildren in on a day when school was let out early, a very busy day. However there was a wonderful woman who helped me with getting food for my autistic grandson, and then during a meltdown while trying to leave, she helped me again getting us to my vehicle safely. I am very grateful for her above and beyond customer service! Thank you so very very much!!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service and food quality at this restaurant. Unfortunately, every time I order from this location, the experience is unsatisfactory Specifically, during my recent orders, the fries have not been full, and despite requesting extra ice for my Coke, the cups are consistently only half-filled with soda. I regularly spend over $40 per meal, and it feels as though the staff and management are no longer concerned with maintaining quality standards.I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work to improve the service at this location.

I’m very saddened to write this post, but this time it’s gone too far. My VERY pregnant wife had a craving for some nuggets and a strawberry cream pie, but upon checking the bag at home, she only got the nuggets :( It’s not the first time we have been disappointed by this location, and usually I just deal with it, but not this time.

Went to the drive thru and ordered a snack wrap meal. The lettuce taste disgusting like it was old and warm. Fries were alright, after eating I needed to wipe my fingers off only to realize I received zero napkins. No napkins thanks alot
