Really disappointed and disgusted with my Chipotle experience. I ordered a steak bowl and there was a cockroach in it. I spoke with the manager who stated the lettuce comes fresh and if it is not washed properly then there could be bugs in it. Won’t be eating there ever again.

Was not happy when ordered two burritos with Barbacoa and there was about a half a teaspoon of meat. Then a couple weeks later it happened again. Do not know what was going on with quality control those days, but normally they are really good.

Beginning to think all Chipotle’s are a waste of time. Was simply trying to cash in my birthday coupon today and tried to order from here because the other location in Massillon messed up my order last time. Sat down to eat my food and my rice is completely missing. After spending my lunch break going back and forth with an AI bot their solution was a free drink next time… I didn’t even order a drink, if they’re replacing something it should certainly be food. Absolutely SICK of not being able to directly talk to the employees making the food.

The food quality at this chipotle is better than Belden, however the customer service is much worse. There will be times I’ll come in and there will be 5 employees and I won’t be acknowledged or helped for over 5 minutes. The customer service is awful. Update I was just here in March 2026 and one of the employees cussed in front of kids. Management needs a reform.
